Thank you for visiting and shopping at EGUOO. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Free Express Shipping on All U.S. Orders

Enjoy free express shipping on all U.S. domestic orders — no minimum purchase required. No coupon code needed — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (if available at checkout)

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing.

3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

EGUOO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or rejection by the customer, we will refund the cost of the product minus the original shipping charges.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Damaged: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost: If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 days, please contact us at info@eguoowellness.com.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to re-send the item.
