At EGUOO, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, as these are dietary supplements, we must adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards to protect our customers.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- Unopened and Sealed: The safety seal must be completely intact. We strictly cannot accept returns of opened bottles or used products due to health and safety regulations.
- Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or order number.
Note: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened Products: Any supplement bottle with a broken or missing seal.
- Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
